Can you decorate before we arrive?
We would love to! It just depends on your arrival time and the property you choose. If you are booked with one of our property management partners, they will typically allow us in prior to your check in time, but it’s not guaranteed unless you have paid for early check-in. If we aren’t able to decorate prior to your arrival, we recommend planning an activity or going out shopping with the bride-to-be and exploring the city while we set up and we will text you as soon as we finish!
Can we only book fridge stocking or other add-ons?
Not at this time. We are currently only booking our add-on services with a decor package.
How do payments work?
To secure your date, we require a 50% retainer and signed contract. The remaining 50% is due one month prior to your arrival. If booking within 3 weeks of your arrival, we require payment in full.
I’m planning a girls trip/bachelor party, can you still help?
YES! We would love to! Pick one of our decor packages and we can customize it for your occasion! We have decorated for many birthdays and even bachelor parties.
Can you decorate for us in another city?
We would love to! However, if you are outside of our typical service area (Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, North Charleston, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, James and Johns Island) our cost of travel and lodging if needed would be additional based on your location. Otherwise, we have amazing recommendations for bachelorette services in Charlotte, Tampa, Cape May, Nashville, Austin, and Miami.
Can I ship you some extra stuff to decorate with?
If you would like to send us extra decorations beyond our packages to set up, we are happy to do so at an additional fee. Our King Street and Holy City packages include us delivering and displaying one preassembled gift per guest. Our Southern Charm package includes assembly and displaying of up to 12 gifts. We are also happy to deliver and set aside some extra items. Submit your ideas to our inquiry form and we can discuss details.
Do we need to be there to let you in?
Typically our clients or property management partners will send us the entry code and we will try to get in and out before your arrival for the BIG REVEAL. We do work faster alone and without needing to work around your stuff. That said, it is whatever you are comfortable with! If we do get special permission from one of our property partners, we cannot let you in until you have the go ahead from them as they often still need to do their pre check in inspection.
